Shipping Policy
We partner with several logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Our preferred local logistics partners are Bluedart, ATS, and Delhivery, while DHL is used for international shipments.
Domestic Shipping:
- Minimum purchase 500 Free of charge.
- Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which we strive to minimize.
International Shipping:
- Costs will be displayed in your cart at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of initiation.
- The amount will be credited back to the original account or card used for the purchase, provided you meet the cancellation policy requirements.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a small fee charged by the payment gateway provider and currency conversion charges.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur return shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee.
- Fees for cancellations before dispatch include:
- Payment gateway fee: 4%
- Currency conversion charge (for international orders): 3%
- Additional fees: 2%
- Payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value. The remaining amount will be refunded.

- We support a variety of payment methods through multiple gateways, with payu biz as our preferred provider.
- Accepted payment methods include Debit and Credit Cards and Net Banking.
